HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

FRIDA LAS VEGAS shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout based on:

  • The total combined weight of your order, and

  • Whether you live in Australia (domestic) or overseas (international).

At checkout, the shopping cart will display the cost of shipping based on the weight of products you have ordered and where they are being shipped to - so that’s the best way to get an exact quote!

For customers outside of Australia, please look into your country’s customs terms for any additional charges prior to purchase.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Within Australia, FRIDA LAS VEGAS ships using a combination of Australia Post and Sendle, depending on your address. PO Box addresses will be shipped via Australia Post. Unforseen delays are occurring due to the increased volume of mail caused by the COVID-19 pandemic for both carriers, so your patience is much appreciated.

Please note: the email address you provide at checkout will be used to send tracking notifications, so you can stay updated with the shipping status of your order.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

Outside Australia, FRIDA LAS VEGAS ships with the Australia Post International Post Express Service (approx. 15+ business days for zones 2, 3 and 4). Unforseen delays are occurring due to the increased volume of mail caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, so your patience is much appreciated.

Presently FRIDA LAS VEGAS ships to the following countries using the Australia Post International Express Service:

  • Zone 1 - New Zealand

  • Zone 2 - Asia & Pacific

  • Zone 3 - USA & Canada

  • Zone 4 - UK & Europe and rest of world

If you live in a country that does not show up at the checkout - and would like to place an order - please email ciao@fridalasvegas.com and Stavroula will liase with you directly about the best way to go about this.

Some countries may require the use of a specialised courier company like DHL to ensure safe and reliable delivery, which is quoted on a per-customer basis.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?

Within Australia

Once your order has been placed, you will be sent your tracking number either by:

1) An automatically-generated email from fridalasvegas.com or sendle.com;

2) A personal email from Stavroula outlining the details of your order.

You can track your parcel on either the Australia Post website or the Sendle website using the tracking number provided via email upon the item being shipped.

Outside Australia

Once your order has been placed, you will be sent your Australia Post tracking number either by:

1) An automatically-generated email from fridalasvegas.com or;

2) A personal email from Stavroula outlining the details of your order.

You can track your parcel on the Australia Post Express website using your supplied tracking number here.

WHAT IF MY PARCEL HASN’T ARRIVED?

If it has been longer than 6 weeks since you received your shipping notification email from fridalasvegas.com, please email ciao@fridalasvegas.com and Stavroula will assist you to recover the parcel with some Sherlock Holmes-esque detective work.

Currently, international parcels are taking approximately 1 month from shipping date - even using the International Express service - due to the delays caused by COVID-19.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Unfortunately no. Each FRIDA LAS VEGAS garment, artwork and accessory is custom-made for each customer (fast fashion this ain’t!).

There are also no exchanges or returns on FRIDA LAS VEGAS swimwear due to hygiene reasons.

HOW DO I WASH AND CARE FOR MY FRIDA LAS VEGAS GARMENTS?

Each FRIDA LAS VEGAS wearable art piece is ethically hand-made from 100% Polyester fabrics sourced and printed by-hand in Sydney Australia.

Polyester fabrics are easy to care for and can be washed in either cool or warm water using a gentle or standard machine cycle. Colour fade made accrue from very hot temperature washing, however this process is not prompt and occurs slowly over time. 

During after care, fabric shrinkage could occur anywhere from 2% to 11%. To minimise the creasing of polyester, wash fabric in 20% under-loaded washing machine.

Digitally sublimated polyester can be tumble-dried using a low temperature setting (for time-poor glamazons) or dried hanging in the shade (FRIDA LAS VEGAS recommends this method for frequent wash and wear.)

FRIDA LAS VEGAS recommends ironing fabrics on the low/cool settings of your iron. Test a small section of the fabric first on the underside of the garment prior to ironing. Or better still, forget ironing completely and go outside with your gloriously rumpled garment and stop & smell the Cadbury Roses!

This service is limited to using existing FRIDA LAS VEGAS ‘glamour sack’, ‘glamour kaftan’ and ‘glamour maxi’ patterns only (no custom earring service at this stage, sorry!).
